CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken
2. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest property
3. Deposits must be be payed for rooms booked and are NOT refundable. Rooms cannot be let unless deposit received

5. Guest property within the premises of Westdene shall at no point be the responsibility of proprietors unless handed for safe keeping
6. Deposits will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of this
7. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate this contract, should the conduct of any person who is a party to this said contract willfully cause detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests or proprietor
8. At the discretion of the proprietors, a spoilage and/or damage guarantee may be required, for any damage or spoilage to rooms or property within Westdene how so ever caused.
