CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances will be made for meals not taken
2. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest property
3.  Deposits must be be payed for rooms booked and are NOT refundable
4. Westdene is a non smoking property
5. Guest property within the premises of Westdene shall at no point be the responsibility of proprietors unless handed for safe keeping
6. Deposits will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of this contract
7. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate this contract, should the conduct of any person who is a party to this said contract wilfully cause detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests or proprietor
8. At the discretion of the proprietors, a spoilage and/or damage guarantee may be required, for any damage or spoilage to rooms or property within Westdene how so ever caused.
9. Prices displayed in the tourist information centre for this year indicate a tariff for November & January dates

CANCELLATIONS

By making payment to Westdene Hotel, the buyer is committed to the following terms and conditions through this cancellation policy. All deposits are non refundable.

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date 0% of outstanding balanced charged less deposit(s).

Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date 25% of outstanding balance charged less deposit(s).

Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date 50% of outstanding balance charged less deposit(s).

Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date 75% of outstanding balance charged less deposit(s).

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival date 100% of outstanding balance charged less deposit(s).

Once deposit payment is received a signed confirmation will be sent.
