Sarah worked as a senior manager at the Penthouse Bar, Royal Moat House Hotel and later at the Nottingham Moat House. Sarah has over 25yrs experience in the hospitality industry and knows that your holiday is special.

An excellent fresh, home cooked menu is offered by Ashley. This ex-Royal Marine enjoyed being a chef in many places around the world and won Gold & Silver Awards after competing in Devon and Hotelympia 2000, Earls Court, London.

Ashley has been on the crew since 2001. He is helmsman on the inshore lifeboat (ILB) and crew on the all weather boat (ALB). See below for a link to the site. The Taste of Lincolnshire Awards 2006/7 were held at The Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa. They were attended by finalists from the entire county, representing the highest standards of food, service and locally sourced produce.
